09 Sept 2011: Alexandra Thein (European Parliament Member) visits the MPI for Molecular Genetics
On September 9, 2011, Alexandra Thein visited the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in Dahlem for talks about EU research funding, in particular the current flagship project selection process in future and emerging technologies (FET). A research network led by the MPI is one of six remaining contenders, and the only one led by a German research institution, with their research project "IT Future of Medicine (ITFoM)".
ITFoM will make a presentation in the European Parliament on September 20.
